I really never knew that this
existed and I am so glad that I checked! Sara (no H- I'm smiling just
thinking about it) it would be awesome to see you at reunion! I have
read your updates and am so glad that you are doing well. Jennie - I am
coming and I believe the rest of us listed in Jane Perry's email from
Jan '06 are coming as well. We are all (except Susie who is expecting
her second child and Jane who can't make it) getting together in the
Poconos at the end of March and are finalizing the plan. As far as kids
go, my situation is similar to you. I can't believe it has been 15
years!!! As far as my news goes, I am a nurse at Lehigh Valley
Hospital. Rob and I married and are still together. We have two kids,
Autumn (almost 12) and Tanner (almost 10). There have been many
pursuits and passions over the years, but my current focus is the 2008
election and most specifically the PA primaries. I am activiely
campaigning for Sen. Barack Obama. Hopefully I can do voter
registration at CCC soon and get the word out about Obama's call for
change. See you at reuion! Katrina |

anyone knew how to get in touch with Candice Angeli ('97) or Kate
Frisbe ('97). I would love to talk about life over the past ten years.
If anyone knows, send an email my way! Life has been great. I am a

Hello all. Hope everyone had a
great Thanksgiving. I know we all have lots to be grateful for. I see a
few familiar names on this bulletin board, so I figured I'd chime in
with my new email address. Hope to see everyone at reunion. Sara |

I came onto this page today
after getting the disquieting news that our friend Roy Hine passed away
last week of a heart attack. It seems like not many folks post here,
but maybe a few old friends will see this and get back in touch. We all
make a difference in the lives we touch, even if we don't notice. I
know Roy made a difference in mine. Go n-eiri an bothar leat, Roy. May
we meet again in the Summer Country when our own roads end in the West. |

in doubt. Take care everyone. Tara |

Hi everyone - I went to the
Alumnae Council meeting in September and learned about some of the
events that are planned for Reunion 2008. It's our 15 year reunion, so
I hope that we can get as many there from the Class of '93 (and our big
sis and little sis class too!) as we can. There is actually a prize for
having the most people return, and I know we could win!! It would be a
great class picture! I'm trying to plan some activitives for our class,
but I need to find out if you'd prefer with kids/family or without.
With three kids, one entering her tween years, I'm always game for a
weekend without family, but I have ideas either way (and I do live
close enough that I could participate in family stuff and send my
kids/husband home!). So email me with your ideas! I did write a letter
to our class that should be coming in the mail soon, but I also would
like to reach out to our big sister and little sister classes to see if
they would be up for something special perhaps on Friday night of
reunion weekend. I'd love to hear from you! Jennie |

Army. We will be stationed here until 2008. Daniel is 3 1/2 and an
active, funny and smart little boy. I am working on my Master's in
Education and I will graduate in December of this year. We enjoy living
in Europe and have been able to travel to France, Belguim, Luxembourg,
and other areas of Germany. I am not teaching right now but I hope to
be able to be a Reading Specialist or ESL teacher for the next school
year. I would love to hear from any of my friends from CCC. |

Hi! I've been periodically
checking this guestbook for years and finally decided to write an
entry! Scott and I still live in Minnesota and have been married 7
years. I completed my MSW in the spring of 2003 and enjoyed working as
a therapist with clients of all ages until I was blessed with a
beautiful baby boy, Walter, in May. Since then I have been enjoying my
time at home with him. They say it takes a village to raise a child and
my CCC friends have been a very active part of my son's village! Kate
Davis Santoro '93 came to visit when Walter was 3 weeks old - she
cooked our meals, did laundry, and helped with night shift to name a
few things! A few weeks later Joelle Strong Ginter '94 paid a visit and
she was able to help me figure out which baby gear I still needed to
purchase as she became an expert when her son Brennan was born 2 years
earlier! Next came Katrina Bentz Fritz '93 in July and we dined on the
delicious frozen meals Joelle had made for us when she was here and
enjoyed lots of good conversation! She also watched Walter so my
husband and I could have a much needed night out! Susie Brennan Grau
'93 came to visit when Walter was 3 months old and by then he was
sleeping through the night so we were well rested and able to enjoy his
first outing to the zoo and other fun adventures! Susie is expecting
her own bundle of joy this spring! Sue Jope Busch '93, Natalie
MacIntire Kirchner '94 and Kara Butcavage Perzel '93 kept in touch by
phone as they were busy with their own pregnancies and deliveries!
Natalie and Kara had their second babies - both boys, and Sue gave
birth to a baby girl in October. Kati Richards Roche, who attended CCC
our freshman year, was brave enough to visit Minnesota a few weeks ago
(she was lucky enough to visit during the warmest January in over 100
years!). It is hard to live so far away from my dearest friends, but
the advantage is that when they visit, we get lots of time together!
Hope you all are well....would love to hear from my other classmates! |

Message: Hi there! It has been quite a year. We are still stationed at Cherry Point Air Station in NC. My husband became a Staff Sergeant in October 2004 so we are able to do our 20 years and retire. Only 9 more to go...lol. Jake started 3rd grade this year. Brittney started kindergarten and Jarod is in pre-K. Brittney is in her 4th year of dance and loving it more and more everyday. Jake is in Cub Scouts and Daddy is his Den leader (nothing funnier than seeing a big bad Marine in a Boy Scout uniform) and Jarod is being 4. Hope all is well with everyone. |

Hello everyone! I've enjoyed reading the updates on everyone's life, so I thought that I'd add my own. My husband, Andrew, and I will be celebrating our five year wedding anniversary in about three more weeks. This past March, I gave birth to our first son, Luke. We've been living in Manville, NJ for the past three years. I work for KPMG in Short Hills and my husband works for Merck in Rahway. Well that's my summary of all the big stuff. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone at Reunion 2006 and catching up on all the details! |

Hi Everyone, I am happy to say that
I've made it through almost one year with my new business. I created a
pageant system called Natural Beauty Pageants that believes children
and young adults should be talented, articulate and intelligent as well
as out going and supportive of each other. The contestants wear little
or no makeup and we do not have a swimsuit competition. We've had three
regional pageants and our national finals is coming up next month. I'm
looking forward to the new pageant season as we expand to include more
age groups and hold online pageants for those states where we cannot
yet hold a live pageant. Check us out at NBPageants.homestead.com. Our
age divisions are girls 3-24 and boys 5-14. We also have a monthly
photo contest. We are changing the face of pageantry in a positive way,
one step at a time. I also became a Cookie Lee consultant last November. Any Cookie Lee sisters out there? Just curious. I love the jewelry and I love being able to do things with it like fundraisers for dance groups and things like that. I've already made it to Senior Consultant and I hope to be a Unit Manager in the future. Everyone take care and enjoy your summer. Sorry to have missed the reunion again, but we're saving up for our trip to China so all the extra pennies go there. Hope everyone is well. |

Hi everyone - thought an update would be nice. I'm finally starting the uphill battle for that ever elusive Ph.D. I'm working full-time at Merck (love my job!) while a part-time student in biochemistry at the University of Delaware. Yes, it's a drive, but it's an excellent school and worth the inconveniences. It will take what will seem like a lifetime to finish, but that is quite fine by me. Charlie is doing very well. He and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary in Europe last fall. An incredible experience and we met so many wonderful people with which to keep in touch. We have fun with our three nephews and one niece - it's great to be a "professional Aunt." Wouldn't change it for the world! I'm Chair of the Lehigh Valley Section of the American Chemical Society this year. A great experience with a wonderful group of people. Spending much of February and March judging high school science fairs - the kids are really terrific and it's nice to encourage them to stay in science, behavioural and traditional. April 11th is opening day for baseball and yes we are still lovin' those Mets!! We go to every Saturday home game and usually fit in a show. Maybe not so much this year with labwork, but definitely not missing the Mets/Yankees match-up. Feel free to email and let's catch up. Take care, Tara |

Hi everyone on the Crest. I have missed CCC so! I am putting my psych degree to work as a counselor in VA/DC area. I am living in a beachhouse with my partner and our family of pets. Soon a baby may bless our clan. CCC has prepared me for barriers I have hit along the way and has made me the leader I am today. I hope to visit soon! Finally a cool mascot, go Falcons! A shout out to the softball team. I was on the original team we formed in 1989! Back then we were the Classics... |

My husband Paul and I welcomed our daughter Crisanta Jocelyn into the world on June 29 at 4:38 a.m.; about a week past her due date. She weighted 7 lb. 9 oz. and was 21" long. What a remarkable experience. I was blessed with an easy pregnancy, fairly easy delivery and a beautiful daughter. Amazing how you can instantly fall in love with someone you just met. |
| Hello Class of '99! I was married on May 29th to Mike Frey. We were married back in Pennsylvania. We had a great day with all of our friends and family there to celebrate with us. We had a wonderful honeymoon in Mexico. It was hard coming back to work. We are currently living in San Jose, California. I am still teaching kindergarten at a year round school and am loving it. I will finish my school year at the end of June and head home for a short summer break in July before the new school year begins in August. Mike is still working as a mechanical engineer. We are enjoying married life and living in California. Hope everyone is doing well! | |

Well, the Marine Corps finally moved us..a whooping 50 miles north to Cherry Point Air Station!!! So instead of CH-46 helo's...I now hear F-14 fighter planes and Harriers over my house. Jarod (age 2) thinks planes are cooler than copters! Jacob is finishing up 1st grade and Brittnet (4) just performed in her 2nd dance recital..she tap danced this year and was SO cute! I was the backstage mom (imagine that!). Anyway that's about all. |
| Hi. Just seeing if anyone is out there! I'm actually looking for an old dance company member who may be interested in teaching dance. Would love to hear from some of you! | |
| My wife and I celebrated the birth of our second daughter, Mackenzie. She is beautiful just like her mother and older sister. I was also recently promoted to Sergeant with the Richland Township Police Department. I hope everyone has a good summer. | |
| Just wanted to share my news with you. I am starting my own business as a pageant director doing pageants for ages 9-17. My website is pretty basic right now but I at least wanted to get the information out there. It's http://NBPageants.homestead.com/ if you want to check it out. I've decided that working in the corporate world is not for me when my heart lies in the performing arts and in working with children. I have to look at my company shutting down as a blessing in disguise, a reason to pursue other opportunties. Please pass the website along to anyone you think might be interested. Wish me luck! | |
| I remember fondly my time at Cedar Crest. I have only good memories. | |

Hi there! Just thought I'd update everyone on my crazy life. Troy came home from Iraq in June, re-enlisted in October and changed his MOS (job) from Machine Gunnar to a Career Retention Specialist (sort of like a recruiter that helps Marines stay in the Corps). Right now he is in San Diego at school and I'm packing the house waiting to see where they send us next. My kids are getting big...Jacob is 6 and in 1st grade, Brittney is almost 4 and Jarod turned 2 the end of September. Well, I guess that's all. Hope to hear from some old friends. |

Hello! Kevin and I have added a THIRD son to our family of boys. Joshua John Ryan was born August 14th at Chester County Hospital in West Chester, PA. He was 6 lbs. 15 oz. and 20 in. long. His brothers Caleb and Daniel love having him around and we are happy that he is healthy (and learning to sleep through the night!). As for me, I am happily staying at home with the boys and working part time for Kevin as a bookkeeper for our small tennis business. He is now the director of tennis at two tennis facilities in the Philadelphia area and we are enjoying the recent upswing in the economy, as more people are playing tennis again. We live in the Valley Forge area and are currently in the process of looking for a bigger house to accommodate our growing family. I was glad to receive the last issue of Class Notes and see that my classmates are doing so well!! Thanks for the updates! Congratulations on all the new babies, marriages, and jobs!!! |

Hello to everyone from the class of
'98. I can't believe it has been over five years since graduation.
Since then I have done a lot of different work in many different places
but it was all related to theater. Amazingly enough I have spent the
last year and a half living in Wilmington, NC where I am general
managing a small arts center for a public school system down here. I
feel especially lucky that I am blessed to still be working in theatre,
something I fell in love with at CCC, and I get to pass my love and
knowledge of theater onto the students here. I do not have a special
man in my life currently but I have found some wonderful friends here
in Wilmington and I adore living so close to the beach. My best goes out to all the graduates of the class of '98 and everyone I had the pleasure of working with in my time in the theatre department at CCC. Please feel free to contact me. I would love to hear from so many of you. Best of luck to you all. |

We were activated on March 15, 2003 and hope to be home by that time in 2004. Wow, it has been so long since the last time I was on this website...I figured it would be a good idea to update my information. Well I am still working at Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. It will be two years in August 2003. I also work as a veterinary technician at a local animal hospital on the weekends - I know I am a work-a-holic. My husband and I decided to get a divorce and it is funny though....we get along better now than we did when we were married, so I am a single woman again and no kids. Although I do have a new addition to the family, no kids, but another cat, so now I have three (boy, girl, boy). My ferrets passed away (from old age) and my ex-husband kept the dog...it's funny, it sounds like a country song LOL. In the past year and 1/2 things have changed, but for the better that is. Well people that is all for now. Hi to all my friends from the Class of '96 and God bless our troopos and our country. |

Hi there everyone. Just thought I'd say hello. My husband Troy is currently serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is due home the end of June and is safe now....Thank goodness. The kids and I got to meet President Bush when he visited Camp Lejeune in April...so that was pretty neat...well that's about all. God Bless and God Bless our troops and their safe return. |

Just wanted to take a moment to say "Hey" to the class of '98. It doesn't seem live five years. I'm living in the D.C. suburbs with my boyfriend, John, and our cats. I'm currently studying for finals and preparing to enter nursing school...who knew? I guess one degree just wasn't enough. I've been in touch with a few of you, but would love to hear from others...Congrats to those of you who've gotten married and had babies. Feel free to email me if you happen to get bored at two in the morning. |

Hello All! I just found out about this site so I thought I'd pass on some news. The original gang from Class of 1994 Butz Hall A.K.A. "The Six Pack" had a reunion weekend. Kristi Miller Gebhardt flew in from California to join us at the home of Naseem Fidahussein Prostak. Also in attendance were Beth York, Ali Powell, Tabatha Merkel Ditrixhe, and Galit Alterwein. Guys, forgive me if I spelled your names wrong. I'm sure at least one of them will post about this too. We had an awesome time. Its really great to see so many names I recognize on this list. I hope everyone finds themselves well. My husband and son and I are living in my home town of Trenton, NJ. We manage to see the gang at least twice a year but it was really special having Kristi in from the west coast. I am so lucky to have found such a great group of women at Cedar Crest. Bye for now! |

I have some exciting news to share. On June 29, 2002 Mike proposed to me at the place we first met, Delta Chi. We plan to marry in May 2004 in PA. Mike is a 2000 graduate of Lehigh. Mike and I are currently living in Cupertino, California just outside of San Jose. We are loving California and wonder if we will ever move back home. This is my second year teaching kindergarten. I love the school I work at and hope to be here for awhile. I hope that all of my fellow education graduates are happily teaching. I hope the rest of the Class of 99 is doing well. |

Hello Everyone!!! I can't believe how much I have been out of the loop...I haven't been to this site in over three years! Much has happened since then: I married Jonathan May 20, 2000 and we currently reside in Virginia Beach, VA. This is so much nicer than Louisiana! I am currently employed as an Environmental Planner for the VA DEQ. I love my job! Jon is finishing up his Ph.D. in about 2 years. I am going back to school to get a second masters in Environmental Engineering. After that - who knows where we'll go. No little ones yet...but we keep active in our church youth activities and basketball leagues - that's all we can handle right now, LOL. I loved reading about everyone doing so well. Thank you for making my day. Take care and I hope to hear from some of you! JEN |

Hello to all - Just getting things
mailed out regarding our 10 year reunion! Can you believe it! I hope to
see all of you there. In the end of March we are moving to Readington (Whitehouse), NJ. Right now we are packing things up in Somerville and getting things ready for my sister's wedding. Joe and I will celebrate 10 years this summer - we got married 2 weeks after graduation. So far we have Abby who turns 7 in April and our son Sam will be 4 in July. But you know what they say, "New house, new baby..." I am thrilled to work for the Girl Scouts of Rolling Hills Council in North Branch, NJ. I have been here just over a year as the Director of Volunteer Training and I LOVE IT! I have been through lots of jobs - Public Relations, then back to teaching - substituting while Sam was an infant - and then teaching pre-K for Catholic Charities. But when Abby started Daisy Girl Scouts last year I was in the right place at the right time. When I interviewed with the Executive Director, she started out by telling me that our office was all women except for the camp ranger and that 97% of the staff was a mom - so children and family are the priority and work is second. She went on to tell me about the actual job. I can't tell you what a perfect place to work this is! And the food - we all like to eat (and I can have GS cookies whenever I feed a need). If anyone needs a box, let me know - I also have plenty of volunteer opportunities if anyone is available and interested. I hope to hear from you all and see EVERYONE at reunion this year! Later - Jennie |

Hey there! I hope everyone is doing well...just a quick update since it's been so long since I signed this. We're still stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC...anxiously watching the news to see what's going on in this crazy world. My daughter Brittney just turned 3, Jacob is now 5 and a 1/2 and Jarod (pronounced Jared) is now 15 months old. And our family is complete...no more babies for Troy and I. I still love being the wife of a Marine...I'm very proud of him. Not to mention he looks pretty good in that uniform..LOL. Please keep us and all service members in your prayers. I'm proud my husband serves, honors and protects this country. Just pray for his safe return. |

The CCC webpage looks great. It's hard to believe that it's been more than four years since graduation. It sounds like every one has been very busy. I live in Columbia, Maryland with my husband Nathan and our dog Ally (check out the puppy pictures on our website). I have 6 months left until medical school graduation, and have been very busy traveling around to residency interviews. Hope the rest of the class of 98 is happy and healthy. Looking forward to our 5 year reunion (if it doesn't conflict with my long awaited graduation!!!). |

Just wanted to drop a line & update
everyone on me. I just had my second child on October 25th.
Dominic Andrew Charles was born at 1:55 am (way too early in the am!),
weighed 7 lbs. 1.5 oz & was 19.5 inches long. He was a
terror to his mom, causing complications at the end & resulting in
an induction. Starting off a pain! :) His sister, Tessa, 2,
just adores him - kissing & hugging him all day long. He's
already spoiled by all of his grandparents! I would love to hear from old friends! |

After graduation I joined the Marine Corp, reserve. I've been a police officer in Bucks County, PA for the past seven years. The time has gone fast. I have been married to Debbie for 4 years. Hello to all! Couldn't make it to Reunion, but just saw the pics. Squirt - you have beautiful babies!! Update: Pete (Lehigh Delta Sig '91 - yet another LU/CCC marriage) and I have been married for 8 years now. We have been two beautiful girls: Emily just turned 5 on the first of July and Rebecca is 9 months. We're dealing with kindergarten prep for one and first teeth for the other! I work part-time from home (yea!) as a technical writer for CSSC, Inc., a leading validation services firm serving the pharmaceutical, biologics, and medical devices industries (sorry if it sounded like a sales pitch - always looking for new clients!) Pete finished his Master's last year and is a Project Manager with Lattice Semiconductor in the Lehigh Valley. 6 years ago we moved into a wonderful neighborhood in Wind Gap, PA that is crawling with kids, so now we're building on to our house rather than move. I keep in touch with Aimee Bergey Reilly, who is in CT with her husband John and adorable son Aidan, and with Amy Jackson-Fisher, also in CT, with her husband Tim and their new (4/15/02) son Jackson Scott Fisher (they call him Jack). Hello Well it has been a while. I bought a house last August. I am still living in the city of Wilmington DE. I live across the street from a lovely park in the Polish/Irish section of town. I have done a lot of garden work. It has been a lot of fun, however the high humidity and heat lately have kept me out watering on a regular basis. I don't have a yard. No mowing (yeah). Just a patio and garden. I did have plans to do a lot of house work this summer but I recently broke my Tibia and have not been able to do much. I have been in a cast for almost 6 weeks and hopefully have two more to go. This is not how I wanted to work out my arms and legs, nor how I wanted my summer to go, but I am still able to do most things, including dance on crutches at a recent wedding. I have a calico kitten, Laurel, who turns a year in three days. She is so entertaining and gets the attention of everyone who visits. I still work at JPMorganChase. Hope all is going well with you and God Bless! Jennifer |

Hi ya'll! If you couldn't tell I am a transplanted Yankee now living in Atlanta, Georgia. I recently bought a house with my partner in Decatur, GA, where we live happily with our kids - two dogs, Maggie and Sandcastle and two cats - Bear and Ruckus. I have worked the past year with the State of Georgia as an Investigator for child abuse and neglect. I am currently working with the city as a Social Worker helping families and children who are fleeing abuse and need services to start a new life. I sincerely appreciate the preparation my education from CCC has given me and I hope to get back to visit the Crest soon. However, it may be a while, as I am entering the U.S. Air Force Officer School next Spring. Wish me luck. And God Bless America. |

Greetings! Wow...it's been a while. I just saw my Mom last night who attended her 50th Reunion this year at CCC...it got me thinking - next year is 10 for our class - and although I've lost touch for some time - I'm going - and rounding up as many people to get there!! WHO's IN?? As for me...lost my job in November 2001 and taking the opportunity to stay home with my son, Pearce (who's now 2) and daughter Megan (now 1)- - they are a year and 16 days apart - and I find staying with them makes the job I formerly had as a Project Manager seem like a walk in the park. I love it. My husband, Russ - is now working for a different firm - Pepper Hamilton. The office is in Berwyn - so a hop skip and a jump from where we built our home (last year) in Exton, PA. I plan to seriously involved with Child Advocacy work for abused children in the Philadelphia area sometime soon. Things are well - and it would be great to hear how things are going with others...Take care! |

Hello once again. We keep changing e-mail addresses, so I figured I better update. Still loving the house, have two cats, Poe (for Peace On Earth) and Shea (Mets stadium). Charlie is doing very well; just returned from Myrtle Beach with a sunburn from the awesome golf. He's working hard (as always) at Ursinus, and was promoted to superintendent about a year ago; the youngest in the company. Incredibly proud of my awesome man!! I'm working in clinical at Merck, enjoying the mesh of psych and chem very much. Secretary for LV-ACS, possibly part of the Alumnae Board starting in September. I'm taking courses at Temple (never stops, but CCC has taught me to never settle for anything average). In NY to see the Mets every Saturday home game; I'm an official "groupie". Charlie and I get together with friends in a "dinner group"; we try different ethnic places in the Philadelphia/NY/NJ region once or twice a month. It's been great. We're also really interested in wines too; fascinating area, and LOTS of chemistry (as in most of life)! Overall, working hard, playing hard, and enjoying life to the utmost. Most likely won't get to Reunion 2002, but drop a line and we'll catch up over dinner :-) |

Although I seem quite busy I still can read a few e-mails if they come my way. Send me a line. I'd love to hear from you guys. And if the time permits I'll try my best to be at our 10th reunion. Take care! Elizabeth -- AKA -- VERA |

I just discovered this page - and some people felt weird about discovering it YEARS ago. My husband & I just graduated from law school & took the bar. We were actually hiking in new england on Sept. 11th & didn't find out until later. I'm the first woman at my firm. I love my job - but miss the company of women. Its so great to read how well everyone is doing. -Peace |

Hey all!! I am so gald to hear that many of the CCC community is safe after the events of 9/11. Is there anyone from our class unaccounted for? Brian and I are married for almost 8 years!?! Hard to believe! We bought a house in NJ and have two beautiful daughters, Emma who is 4 and Meghan who is 18 months. I am currently the Youth and Family Program Director for a local YMCA, responsible for after school programs, summer day camps and other family programs. It's fun and the organization is VERY family friendly. If anyone finds time to e-mail me please do! |

Hope that this finds everyone getting back to "normal" after the nation's tragedy of 11 Sept. Although Dave is in the Air Force, he is not being deployed. Ethan will be 3 on the 23rd of this month... I can't believe it! The dogs are doing fine. Really looking forward to the reunion next year... hope to see some of you there. |

Hello everyone, I figure since it has
been a while since the last time I signed the book, I should give an
update. Well after working as a secretary /translator for
Williams Fire & Hazard Control (a fire fighting company) and
traveling to central and South America, I decided to change my
career. I have been working for two months now at Lamar
University in Beaumont Texas. My position? Well I am the
assistant secretary to the dean of students in the education
department, I also work with the Alternative Teacher Certification
Program. This program is for post-bac students who would like to go
back to school and get certified to teach either special education or
composite science. I love my new job, and also the people that I
work with... they are great. So working for this University,
being that is a state job, I get great benefits, among other things,
and that is a positive thing. Come next spring I'll be going back
to school and work on my master in art. After I am done, I'd like
to teach art here at the University (part-time nights)
Well I have been married to my husband for one year and two months, and nope, no children yet! other than two cats, one dog and two ferrets. That is all I have to say for now as far as an update goes, I'll keep y'all posted. Good luck in your future... |

Hello all! Please thank Ms. Skinner for
her message regarding Sept. 11th. I currently work on the Upper
East Side of Manhattan at one of the city hospitals. I am very
fortunate that I can say that neither myself nor any of my family were
directly involved in the terrorist attacks on our nation. I do however
have colleagues who are missing loved ones. Our hospital has been
doing all that we can to help assist families and children who have
affected by the unimaginable horrors seen here. Please keep us
and everyone who has been touched by these tragic events in your
thoughts and prayers.
God Bless America! Candace Cressman Class of '99 |

I'm so glad to have received today's Alumnae
News in my email box, because I've been worried about our CCC
community.
Working on Wall Street, I of course, had to leave the area, and am glad I did so quickly enough not to have been in immediate danger of the falling debris. Living in the Village, I was in the area that was closed off to all normal humanity in the days following the disaster. I could not go about my normal life - I received no mail, I could not take my usual jog along the Hudson down to Battery Park, I could not return to work, there were no cars, and it was like entering the DDR to get back into my neigborhood. Let's not even talk about the guys in cammo, the F-16s, and the constant wail of emergency vehicles up and down 7th Avenue. While things are getting back to "normal", I've spent alot of time trying to determine exactly who I've lost. At work and at lunch with business associates, the conversation always seems to turn back to that day, to stories of narrow escapes, disturbing sights, what was like to be in the stairwell when the second plane hit, and statements like, "I don't understand - he was right behind me." There were about 500 people gone from two companies with which we do business (Marsh and AON), about 10 from my NYU MBA program, and about 20 from my hometown. With numbers like those, I'm lucky not to have lost any co-workers, family, or close friends. Now what concerns me are the surprises - old friends, classmates, etc., that I might not have known worked Downtown or didn't think to specifically ask about. I'm glad someone is attempting to compile this information, because even Associated Press lists don't help if last names have changed. For the record, I will provide a list of other grads who I've heard from and are safe: Jennifer Byrne Webster '92Lori Westerman Faust '92 Candy Elkind Emerson '92 Ingrid Forberg May '92 Beth LeVan Raab '93 Suzy Dittbrenner Hartz '93 Claudia Schmidt Craner '93 Lori Fauquier '94 Meredith Clark Michener '94 |

Hello everyone. I hope to see everyone

I recently
got married to Jim Jarvie on 3/24/01. A few of my former
roommates were
attendants in my wedding, Mrs. Pam (Corrigan) Peters and Ms. Candice Angeli. It was a wonderful day!! I am currently teaching ballet at several different studios in the Chester County Area. I also have recently begun coaching a competition team. It is truly rewarding!! I would love to hear from anyone from Cedar Crest. It is so nice to see that everyone is doing so well for themselves! |

Hi
everyone! Just thought I'd give an
update. My husband Steve & I got married on 02/14/00.
The local Country Music Station was marrying 96 people on Valentine's Day and we got to be 2 of them. It was really nice. The wedding and the pseudo-reception were at the Hotel Bethlehem. I'm currently working at the Northampton Area Public Library. My job duties are changing soon, so I won't get into that right now. Maybe in a future message when everything there settles down. I have 3 great kids. Yes, I said 3! the two older ones, Zackary (4), and Joseph (3) are my stepsons. Jared (2) is the only one I had the pleasure of giving birth to. They're awesome little munchkins. Well, I must go. I hope to hear from people, and see everyone at our 5 year reunion. |

Well, I know many of you assumed I fell off the face of the earth long ago....that was just a rumor. I'm alive and well and living in Portland, ME. I know it's hard to believe, but I have a respectable 8-5 job in corporate America. who knew? Ellen and I own a house here (4 years in August). We have two dogs, Ray, 10 who some of you may remember and Floyd a 3 year old mutt. Hello to all my old friends. If any of you want to drop me an e-mail, despite the fact that I haven't been in touch in forever, I'd love it. I haven't made it back to A-town for a reunion yet, but I'll try to work it in one of these years. Hope all is well, my friends. Peace, Sue. |

Hello to the class of 1997 and my friends from the class of '96. I've been meaning to put something on here for a while now, and what better time to do so. I just had a baby boy, Matthew Ryan, on March 26, 2001. He is beautiful and looks just like his daddy, whom I married on November 20, 1999. At this point in time I am devoting myself to being a full time Mommy, and I love it. I get to spend quality, one on one time with my son. I miss the care free days many of us shared at CCC, especially the first floor Steinbright Hell Raisers. I can't believe that next year we will be out for 5 years. Where has the time gone? I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying life. Love & Miss you all! |

Hi Everyone! Well, I'm fresh from
our 10-year reunion. It was great
seeing some of my old friends. It's amazing how some friends can be
apart for years but when they get together
again it seems
like they never separated. I wanted
to let the class of 1991 know that I'm the new class
correspondent. I only have a few days before I need to submit the next update so if anyone sees this, you can send your updates to my email address. I look forward to hearing from all of you during the next 5 years! Gloria |
