Your annual donation to Cedar Crest is a creative way to honor a special event or holiday for someone you care about. For example, your gift may be made in honor of a classmate's wedding,for Mother's Day, Christmas, or the birth of a child or an anniversary. Simply indicate the occasion and person you wish to honor, and Cedar Crest will notify your friend or loved one of your thoughtfulness. You may also want to consider purchasing a walkway brick in honor of your friend, loved one or yourself! All honorary gifts are recognized annually in the Honor Roll of Donors.

Memorial Gifts
Remembering those we have lost through a gift to Cedar Crest is certainly a special and lasting tribute. When making your gift in memory of someone, please let us know the family member or person you'd like us to inform of your gift. All memorial gifts are recognized annually in the Honor Roll of Donors.

Matching Gifts
Many employers will match gifts to higher education. To find out if your company or your spouse's company has a corporate giving program, contact your human resources office. You may only have to fill out a simple form. You receive credit for the total gift and are recognized at the corresponding giving club level. For example, if you make a $500 gift that is matched through your company, you will be recognized for a $1,000 gift at The President's Club level.

Many companies will even continue to match gifts from their retired employees. Matching gift companies contributed more than $100,000 to Cedar Crest last year alone.
