The Master of Education in Learning and Teaching in a Democratic Society

The graduate program in Education offers three areas of concentration:

Elementary Education   43 credits
Secondary Certification   40 credits
Reflective Practitioner   30 credits


The Master of Education at Cedar Crest college prepares Master Teachers with an Understanding of Policy Development and Advocacy, makes use of the Democratic Classroom Model, and prepares teachers for National Certification through integrated coursework, something that is exclusive in Eastern Pennsylvania to Cedar Crest College
