If you would like to make your gift
to Cedar Crest College through stock, simply have your broker wire transfer
the stock to M&T Bank Trust with
these instructions:
Transfer the stock to DTC Participant #990 for credit to the Cedar Crest gift
account #1003326.

hours before the transfer occurs to notify her of the type of stock and number
