Staying Healthy v

Good Philosophies
About Health
1. Life happens in the present moment not in the past or the future. You are cheating yourself if you are spending too much time thinking about what happened in the past or what is going to happen in the future.
2. Keep your imagination under control. Don’t read too much into things
3. Love being who you are: There is only one of you! Be kind to yourself.
4. Take responsibility for your thoughts and actions: At the same time, know that you are not responsible for other people’s thoughts and actions.
5. The most successful people in the world have taught us that they are successful because they love what they do.
6. Choose to think positive thoughts. Positive thinking enhances your health.
7. Laugh at yourself: Humor is healing, both physically and psychologically. When you laugh at yourself, you are saying, “I accept my imperfections."
8. Anxiety is always about the future; its remedy: return to now!
