social opportunities with other children
This flexible program allows the age group athlete (ages 8 through high school)
to decide how much practice and experience he/she wants to get out of a swim
program. This program will be run as a swim development experience as its
main focus. It is the goal of this program to provide the athlete with the
training and background necessary to be able to swim all competitive strokes
correctly. This will be done through an experienced staff and organized lessons.
Topics such as dry land training, stretching, and nutrition will be integral part
of this program. See flyer or RAC front desk for more details.
RAC will customize a visit to our swimming pools to meet the individual needs
of any student/athlete. Please contact a RAC Director by calling or stopping
by our facility to discuss potential requirements to ensure a successful visit.
Activity and instruction in the swimming pool is a fun way to enhance social
and physical skills.
