The Rodale Aquatic Center has an 8-lane competition pool (84°) and a 25’ x 40’ warm-water exercise pool (86°). The Center is fully equipped with educational meeting rooms and is accessible for physically disabled visitors. It is a marvelous environment to experience a holistic approach to aquatic exercise by combining the most technically advanced aquatic fitness programming and equipment with nutrition, health, and wellness classes. A certified aquatic specialist personally designs all of the aquatic classes, utilizing the latest “state of the art” equipment. Cedar Crest College Faculty design the segments on nutrition, health and wellness. The goal of our certified team is to promote a positive energy flow contributing to the overall wellness of each individual’s body, mind and spirit.
