9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Reunion Weekend Registration, Tompkins College Center Lobby, Level 2
Come to the Bridge to pick up your Reunion Packet which includes your Passport (schedule of events)
and tickets to all events during this weekend’s excursion, along with your stateroom key, and special materials.

9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Alumnae Museum Open, Curtis Hall
Sign the guest book and check out our special Alumnae Reunion Weekend display!

9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Alumnae Boutique and Raffle, Tompkins College Center (TCC)
Purchase tickets and take your chances on winning fabulous Raffle Baskets or cash in our 50/50 raffle. Also visit the Alumnae Boutique display to purchase duty-free Cedar Crest items.

9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Cressman Library Open, Cressman Library Bookstore Open, TCC, Level 1

9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. Fitness Center Open, Lees Hall
Alumnae and guests can stay in ship shape condition during the weekend and they are welcome to use the Fitness Center during open hours. Children, 16 years of age or younger, must be supervised at all times.

10:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Board the Trolley and travel fore and aft from one event to the next in style! Pick up/drop off areas at Steinbright Hall, Tompkins College Center, Miller, Alumnae & Harmon Halls.

10:00 a.m. – Onward Move into your staterooms in Steinbright Hall
Check out your quarters, unpack and get settled into your room.

2:45 – 3:45 p.m. Intellectual Pursuit - Mini Class #2, Tompkins College Center, 1867 Room
“Learn Texas Hold ‘Em Poker,” Shannon Greenawalt Pretko ’00, Information Technology Specialist will teach you when to hold ‘em and when to fold ‘em! (Taking this mini class today could prove beneficial for Saturday night’s Casino Night!)

4:00 p.m. Class of 1957 Memorial Service, President’s Garden on the Quad, Followed by a Class Tree Dedication

5:00 – Midnight Registration/Residence Hall Check-In, Steinbright Hall

6:00 – 8:00 p.m. All Hands On Deck Buffet Dinner, Tompkins College Center, Café
Not part of a Class dinner? All crew members (you and your guests) can enjoy a great dinner in the Cafe. Menu: Salad; Assorted Breads & Rolls; Chicken Marsala, Fetuccini Alfredo; Portabella Mushroom Stuffed with Spinach and Feta Cheese; Roasted Red Skin Potatoes; Green Beans with Red Peppers; Assorted Cookies, Lemon Squares & Brownies; Sodas, Coffee & Tea. Kids Galley Menu: Macaroni & Cheese (Ages 10 & younger).

6:00 – 10:00 p.m. Skin & Tonic Pampering Spa Night, Lees Hall Gym
Get ready for the weekend with some pampering pleasures and soul-soothing treats! Stop in after dinner and reconnect with friends, classmates and alumnae over fruit smoothies (healthy or alcoholic) and other treats; enjoy a manicure & pedicure; relax with a chair massage; go overboard with a paraffin hand-wax or indulge in a makeup makeover.

7:30 p.m. Class of 1957 Dinner with the “Captain,” Tompkins College Center, 1867 Room
Classmates and their guests invited for this special dinner with Acting President, Carol Christie Pulham ’76. Please indicate your entrée choices on the Registration Form.

8:00 – 10:00 p.m. Swimming and Jules Verne’s Floating Octopus Challenge, Rodale Aquatic Center
Bring the kids to the pool and meet our friendly octopus. You’ll have a blast trying to climb aboard! Name the Octopus and Coloring Contest! Have fun with pool toys and more! When you become tired of swimming 10,000 leagues under the sea, take a break in the rec room of the Rodale Aquatic Center for a family movie and popcorn.

9:30 – 11:00 p.m. Reunion Fest for Late Arrivals, Steinbright Hall 1st Floor
Arrived late, hungry and too tired to find a restaurant close by? Then Reunion Fest is for you – come to the Hospitality Suite for light fare, beer & wine.

Saturday, May 19

The Skipper invites alumnae and their guests from all classes to join her.

9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Round Robin Tennis with Candace Cressman Peterson ’99, Tennis Courts behind Lees Gym
While a student here, Candace was one of our top tennis players – but she promises to take it easy on you … at least until you get your sea legs! We can even provide tennis racquets.

9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Stroll the Decks and get a breath of air with a walking tour of the Arboretum led by Kelly Austin, Arboretum Curator.

9:00 a.m. – Noon Shipboard Activities for Guests and Children, Tompkins College Center, Info Desk
Children will be taken for a supervised visit to the Da Vinci Discovery Center of Science and Technology, but other guests can come along too! (Young children who do not participate in this will be given a stowaway activity packet to keep them occupied while tagging along with Mom.) For adults, there is air hockey, horseshoes or frisbee golf.

“A Garden For All Seasons: Master Gardening Tips” with William Meeker, CCC Grounds Supervisor. Learn how Will and his team rotate plants for maximum color and interest through the year in Cedar Crest's numerous gardens, and how you can do it too.

Presentation of 50-Year Diplomas; announcement of Alumnae Scholarship and Faculty Award winners; election of Association directors; and other Association business.

11:00 a.m. Honor Class Meetings, Elections & Photographs, Tompkins College Center, Rooms TBD
“All present and accounted for Captain” – don’t miss your class meeting and class photo! Class officers will be elected for the next 5-year term. Class photographs, which all registered luncheon honor class alumnae will receive, will be taken.

12:30 – 1:30 p.m. Reunion Luncheon, Tompkins College Center, Dining Hall
Presentation of the Alumnae Award. Reunion prizes awarded to the Class with the largest number returning; to the Class with the greatest percentage returning; to the alumna returning from the greatest distance; to the alumna representing the oldest class; and several other Reunion awards. Menu: Salad Sampler Platter that includes a scoop of Tuna Salad, Chicken Salad, Egg Salad and Wild Rice Salad on a bed of Mixed Greens; Assorted Rolls; Raspberry Almond Cake.
Kids Galley Menu: Chicken Fingers; French Fries & Fresh Fruit Cup (ages 10 & younger).

1:30 p.m. State of the College Address, Tompkins College Center, Dining Hall
Acting President Carol Christie Pulham ’76. Presentation of Honor Class Gifts. Reunion prizes will be awarded to the Class with the greatest participation and to the Class that raised the most funds.

Reconnect with faculty and friends while tasting delicious champagne and all sorts of chocolate treats! Enjoy Changing Times a special video presentation created by Dr. Alan Hale, Professor of Biological Sciences, about Biology at Cedar Crest over the years. Changing Times will be shown in Science Center 139. Feel free to take your drinks and treats with you.

Steer your way to the Tompkins College Center for an International feast! Special prizes will be given out for any one dressed up as one of the crew members from “The Love Boat!” Winners of the Reunion Basket Raffle & the 50/50 Raffle will be announced. Menu: Assorted Breads & Rolls, Bermuda Avocado and Mandarin Orange Salad with Citrus Dressing; Roasted Corn and Black Bean Salad; Mediterranean Salad; Asian Rice Noodle Vegetable Salad with Peanut Thai Dressing; Assortment of International Cheeses & Crackers; Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail; Carved

The crew will hand each participant “play dollars” to use to play blackjack, roulette, craps, Texas Hold ‘Em poker, and more! When you run out of play money, you can use real money to get some more. Cash in your play money and try winning some wonderful prizes. Even on the high seas, Lady Luck can be yours!
