Nursing Home

You’ll be ready for one of today’s brightest career paths when you earn a BS in nursing.

Our graduates can choose from a growing number of opportunities in hospital, community, educational, industrial and other settings. To make the most of your nursing career, it pays to have your bachelor’s degree. More and more the job market demands it, to ensure you’re well-prepared for a challenging and complex profession. And a BS with nursing major from a college like Cedar Crest is especially valued; a liberal arts education makes you a more well-rounded, critical thinker.

We offer a variety of ways to achieve your nursing degree, whether you’re a traditional undergrad or returning adult. We’ve specialized in nursing education for decades, and it shows: our graduates consistently score above the state board mandated pass rate with a 2014-2015 NCLEX pass rate of 96% (for 96 students), and employers tell us they can see the difference in a Cedar Crest-educated nurse. One reason is our strong focus on leadership: you’ll come out of this college prepared to make a difference for your patients, community and world.
