Marketing Major

The marketing degree program at Cedar Crest College combines thorough exposure to marketing theory and hands-on experience. As a marketing major, you will develop the skills necessary to be an effective leader of a marketing department or organization. Some of the specific areas addressed in this degree program include:
- Public relations
- Direct marketing
- Branding
- Advertising
- Sales management
- International commerce
- Marketing planning and implementation
This program will provide you with a solid, core business education that includes accounting, finance, economics, business writing, law, and management.
As a Cedar Crest student, you will be encouraged to explore multiple areas of interest by possibly taking an additional major or minor or by exploring subject matter outside of the business department, such as computer technology, dance, or the sciences.
