English Minor

Cedar Crest students who minor in English come from diverse academic backgrounds, including:

Course Requirements

A minor in English requires 18 credits, to consist of:

  • ENG 200 Literary Analysis (3 credits)
  • ENG 201 Survey of British Literature I or ENG 202 Survey of British Literature II (3 credits)
  • ENG 220 Survey of American Literature (3 credits)

Plus three additional courses with the designation ENG. At least two courses must be at the 300 level.
