    This .5-credit course is all about your physical and emotional well-being; after all, wellness is the foundation for academic and life success. For the first seven weeks of your first semester at Cedar Crest, you’ll meet with a team to learn about such topics as:

    • Goal setting
    • Impact of physical activity on well-being and academic performance
    • Nutrition
    • Managing stress
    • Healthy relationships (interpersonal and academic)
    • Sleep
    • Good decision-making
