Nursing Student Jasmine Rodriguez honored by Lehigh Valley Health Network

The nursing program at Cedar Crest College is one of the best in the Valley, made possible not only by its unparalleled Nursing faculty, but also by its dedicated students with a true talent and passion for helping others.

The College is proud to see its wonderful students recognized by others in the community and congratulate Jasmine Rodriguez on earning the Dr. John M. Eisenberg Award for Excellence as a Student Nurse. The award was presented to her as part of Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Friends of Nursing Program that helps fund continuing education, professional development and research opportunities for nurses to enhance patient care.

Cedar Crest alumnae Tiffany Epting and Emily Sorrentino were honored at the annual celebration. Epting received the Florence Nightingale Exemplary Professional Practice Award while Sorrentino earned the Dr. Peter and Ruth Keblish Award for Excellence in Orthopaedic Surgical Nursing.
