A Comprehensive Nutrition Complex

Cedar Crest nutrition majors have the benefit of a comprehensive nutrition complex with a fully equipped facility for food experimentation and research and a distance learning classroom—the result of generous funding from The Allen Foundation of Midland, Mich.

The College also provides modern science laboratories, wireless Internet access, and a campus-wide computer network.
