Samuels Theatre

The Tompkins College Center is home to this modern 250-seat theatre. Fully equipped as a venue for main stage productions, the Samuels Theatre hosts all major Cedar Crest theatre events, as well as dance performances, special lectures and college open houses. Samuels Theatre also includes theatrical shops for costuming, lighting, and set design.

Alumnae Auditorium

Located in Alumnae Hall, this facility seats 500 and is primarily used for lectures and rehearsals.

Steinbright Dance Studios

Dance classes and Cedar Crest Dance Company rehearsals are held in the two dance studios located in Steinbright Hall.

Little Theatre

Located in the lower level of Alumnae Hall (with an exterior entrance on the east side of the building), the Little Theatre serves as an experimental space for student productions and recitals. This 75-seat theatre is fully equipped with lighting and sound equipment. Many successful productions have been staged in this intimate space.

Greek Theatre

Landscaped below the hill near Tompkins College Center, our open-air Greek Theatre has hosted numerous plays and events in the past 70 years, including commencement, convocation, drive-in movies, picnics, Greek classics and Senior Projects.
