CEDAR CREST DOWNED BY CENTENARY IN SOCCER ACTION
Allentown, PA (September 25, 2007) – Centenary College posted a 5-1 victory over Cedar Crest in women’s soccer on Tuesday afternoon in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference action.
Tanya Di Donna posted a hattrick on the day for Centenary, while teammate Bianca Santulli added one goal and two assists.
Freshman Tiffany Britt posted the lone goal of the day for Cedar Crest at the 30:12 mark in the second half of play.
Centenary outshot the Falcons, 25-3, and held a 8-0 advantage in corner kicks.
Freshman Amy Stumpff made 11 saves, while senior Caitlyn Little posted 10 saves in the net for Cedar Crest. Coree Reuter made eight two for Centenary.
The Falcons fall to 2-7 (0-4 PAC) on the season and will travel to Cabrini College on Thursday, September 27 for a 4:00 p.m. contest.
