IMMACULATA SOCCER DEFEATS CEDAR CREST IN PAC ACTION
Immaculata, PA (September 22, 2007) – Cedar Crest’s Tatiana Ballreich scored just one minute into the contest, but it would not be enough as Immaculata University pulled a 4-1 come-from-behind win on Saturday afternoon in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference soccer action.
Traci Farrell, Charlene Henry, Colleen Jennings, and Ashley McMullen each tallied goals for Immaculata.
Immaculata outshot the Falcons, 31-5, and held a 9-0 advantage in corner kicks.
Freshman Amy Stumpff made 13 saves in the net for Cedar Crest, while Jessica Gaburo posted three saves for Immaculata.
The Falcons fall to 2-6 (0-3 PAC) on the season and Centenary College on Tuesday, September 25 for a 4:00 p.m. contest.
