CENTENARY EDGES CEDAR CREST VOLLEYBALL
Allentown, PA (October 20, 2007) – The Cedar Crest College volleyball team dropped a close one, 3-2, to Centenary College in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference on Saturday afternoon in Lees Gymnasium.
Centenary won by scores of 30-27, 30-23, 24-30, 27-30, and 15-6.
Freshman Keri Lasky led the way for the Falcons with nine kills and 29 digs. Sophomore Mackenzie Lee, the Cedar Crest Athlete of the Week, posted a game-high eight service aces, 12 kills and 10 digs. Freshman Lauren Seale added 30 assists and 18 digs in the loss for the Falcons.
Centenary’s Christina Boyer posted a game-high 27 kills in the win.
Cedar Crest is now 8-15 (2-7 PAC) on the season and will travel to Misericordia University on Tuesday, October 23 at 7:00 p.m.
