SOCCER DROPS FINAL GAME OF SEASON TO CABRINI IN CSAC ACTION

Allentown, PA (October 30, 2008) – The Cedar Crest soccer team dropped its final contest of the season, 7-0, to Cabrini College in Colonial States Athletic Conference play on Thursday afternoon.

Senior Carrie Olson was honored by the Cedar Crest soccer team in a pre-game ceremony for the final game of her collegiate career.

Seven different players on Cabrini scored one goal each in the victory.  Dana Nardello scored the game-winner at the 13:50 mark in the first half for the Cavaliers.

Freshman April Johnson and junior C.J. Krise combined to make 15 saves in the net for Cedar Crest.

Cabrini outshot the Falcons, 34-3, while also holding an 11-0 lead in corner kicks.

The Falcons finish the season with a 1-16 (0-10 CSAC) record.
