KUEBLER NAMED CSAC TENNIS ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Aston, PA (September 29, 2008) – Sophomore tennis player Alexandria Kuebler (Washington, NJ/Warren Hills Regional HS) was named the Colonial States Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week for her outstanding play in the week ending September 28.

Kuebler went 4-0 on the week with two wins at the No. 2 singles spot and two wins at the No. 1 doubles slot.

Cedar Crest posted back-to-back wins over the College of St. Elizabeth (9-0) and Immaculata University (7-2).

Kuebler is currently 8-3 overall and 3-1 in conference action.  Cedar Crest is currently 7-4 overall (3-1 CSAC) on the season.

This marks the second time this season Cedar Crest has been recognized by the CSAC. In the week ending September 14, Maria Mallery was named to the CSAC Honor Roll.

The Falcons will travel to Marywood University on Wednesday, October 1 at 3:30 p.m. in CSAC play.
