CEDAR CREST TENNIS EDGED BY ARCADIA IN NON-LEAGUE MATCHUP

Allentown, PA (September 8, 2008) – The Cedar Crest College tennis team was edged, 5-4, by Arcadia University in non-league action on Monday afternoon.

Junior Maria Mallery posted wins at the No.1 singles spot and also at the No. 1 doubles spot, along with classmate and partner Laura Shivley.

Sophomore Alex Kuebler added a win at the No. 2 singles position, while Shivley also added a win in the No. 3 singles slot.

Cedar Crest is currently 1-3 overall on the season.

The Falcons will travel to Baptist Bible College on Wednesday, September 10 at 3:30 p.m. for their Colonial States Athletic Conference opener.
