IMMACULATA VOLLEYBALL OUTLASTS CEDAR CREST IN CSAC ACTION

Allentown, PA (October 18, 2008) – Immaculata University outlasted Cedar Crest College, 3-0, in women’s volleyball action in a Colonial States Athletic Conference matchup on Saturday afternoon in Lees Gymnasium. 

The Mighty Macs took the win by totals of 25-18, 25-23, and 25-12.

Junior Kelly Oakes led Cedar Crest with a game-high nine kills, while also adding 11 digs.  Junior Amanda Dombroski tallied a game-high 13 digs in the loss for the Falcons. 

Immaculata’s Terri Reynolds added a team-high seven kills and 10 digs in the win for the Mighty Macs.

The Falcons overall record falls to 5-20 (1-7 CSAC), while Immaculata improves to 10-8 overall (6-2 CSAC).  Cedar Crest will host Valley Forge Christian College on Monday, October 20 at 7:00 p.m. in non-league play.
