VOLLEYBALL DROPS 3-1 DECISION TO WILLIAM PATERSON IN FINAL MATCH OF SEASON

Allentown, PA (October 30, 2008) – The Cedar Crest College volleyball team dropped its final match of the season, 3-1, to William Paterson University on Thursday evening in Lees Gymnasium. 

The Falcons took the first set, 25-15, but fell in the final three sets, 25-14, 25-15, and 25-14.

Junior Mackenzie Lee led the Falcons with 12 digs and a game-high five service aces.  Junior Kelly Oakes added seven kills and six digs, while sophomore Lauren Seale notched 23 assists and six kills.  Junior Amanda Dombroski also added six kills and six digs in the loss.

Cedar Crest finishes its 2008 campaign with a 6-23 overall record.
