URSINI NAMED CEDAR CREST ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Allentown, PA (March 10, 2009) – Junior Devin Ursini (Glens Falls, NY/Glens Falls HS) was named the Cedar Crest College Athlete of the Week for her outstanding performance in the week ending March 8.

Ursini made 21 saves and only allowed four goals on 32 shots in Cedar Crest’s 9-4 victory over Ferrum College last Thursday afternoon in non-conference action. 

Cedar Crest, led by first-year head coach and former Duke All-American Lauren Gallagher Wray, is currently 1-0 overall on the season.  The Falcons will head to Washington, D.C. to take on Trinity College on Saturday, March 14 for a 12:00 p.m. non-league contest.
