HOLLAND NAMED TO COLONIAL STATES ATHLETIC CONFERENCE SOFBTALL HONOR ROLL OF THE WEEK

Aston, PA (March 23, 2009) – Senior pitcher Allison Holland (James Buchanan HS/Mercerberg, PA) was named to the Colonial States Athlete Conference (CSAC) Softball Honor Roll of the Week for the week ending March 23rd.

Holland struck out 30 batters and allowed just two earned runs in four complete games on the mound, including back-to-back shutouts of Rosemont College and a split with Marywood University.    

Holland also went 3-for-8 from the plate with five RBI’s in the two wins over Rosemont. 

Cedar Crest is currently 5-7 overall (4-2 CSAC) on the season.  The Falcons will take on Neumann College at home on Friday, March 27 at 3:00 p.m. in CSAC action.
