GWYNEDD-MERCY HANDS CEDAR CREST SOCCER LOSS IN CSAC ACTION
Gwynedd Valley, PA (September 30, 2009) –Gwynedd-Mercy College handed the Cedar Crest College soccer team an 8-0 loss in Colonial States Athletic Conference action on Wednesday afternoon.
Meghan Bojanowski notched two goals to lead Gwynedd-Mercy, while Gwen Conte added one goal and two assists for the Griffins.
Senior Heidi Paul (Unionville, CT/Farmington) made six saves in the net for the Falcons.
The Griffins held a 20-1 shot advantage in the win.
The Falcons fall to 2-8 overall (0-3 CSAC) on the season, while Gwynedd improves to 5-5 overall (3-0 CSAC).
