CABRINI TOPS CEDAR CREST SOCCER IN CSAC PLAY
Radnor, PA (October 24, 2009)- The Cabrini College soccer team handed Cedar Crest a 7-0 loss in Colonial States Athletic Conference on Saturday afternoon.
Sabina Digisi posted two goals to lead the Cavaliers, while Brianna Conner and Heather Thompson each added one goal and one assist for Cabrini.
Senior Heidi Paul made 14 saves in goal for the Falcons, while Gianna Poretta made one save on the day for Cabrini.
Cabrini held a 34-1 advantage in the shot column, while also holding a 19-0 advantage in corner kicks.
The Falcons fall to 4-13-1 on the season, while Cabrini College improves to overall. Cedar Crest will host Philadelphia Biblical University on Wednesday, October 28th for a 4:00 p.m. CSAC contest. This game will honor seniors Heidi Paul, Brittany Clouser, and C.J. Krise.
