KUEBLER NAMED CEDAR CREST ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Allentown, PA (September 29, 2009) – Junior Alex Kuebler (Washington, NJ/Warren Hills HS) was named the Cedar Crest College Athlete of the Week for her outstanding play in the week ending September 28th. 

Kuebler and senior Maria Mallery, the current Colonial States Athletic Conference Player of the Week, went 3-0 in No. 1 doubles action this past week.  They took victories over Keystone College, Immaculata University, and Neumann University in three key CSAC matches.  Kuebler also added wins in No. 2 singles play over Keystone College and Immaculata University.

Kuebler is 5-3 overall in singles action and 9-1 in double play on the season.

The Falcons are currently 9-3 overall on the season and will travel to Rosemont College on Wednesday, September 30th for a 3:30 p.m. CSAC contest.
