WICKS NAMED TO CSAC TENNIS HONOR ROLL OF THE WEEK

Aston, PA (September 14, 2009) –Freshman Sarah Wicks (Bethel, PA/Hamburg Area HS) was named to the Colonial States Athletic Conference Tennis Honor Roll of the Week for her outstanding performance in the week ending September 13th. 

Wicks went an impressive 3-1 in singles play and 4-1 in doubles action over the first week of her collegiate debut.  She is currently undefeated in CSAC play, going 2-0 in singles action and 2-0 in doubles play. 

Wicks is on a three-match winning streak in singles and doubles action.

This marks the first time this season a Cedar Crest athlete was named to the CSAC Player of the Week Honor Roll.

The Falcons are 3-2 (2-0 CSAC) on the season.  Cedar Crest will host Philadelphia Biblical University on Tuesday, September 15th at 3:30 p.m. in CSAC action.
