CEDAR CREST VOLLEYBALL WINS THIRD-STRAIGHT GAME IN VICTORY OVER LANCASTER BIBLE

Allentown, PA (September 11, 2009) – Senior Mackenzie Lee (Bar Harbor, ME/Mount Desert Island HS) posted a game-high 14 kills and three service aces to lead Cedar Crest College to a 3-0 victory over visiting Lancaster Bible College on Friday evening in non-league volleyball action.

The Falcons, who have posted three-straight wins, won by scores of 28-26, 26-24, and 27-25 in three closely contested games.

Senior Kelly Oakes (Wilmington, DE/Delcastle HS) added eight kills and a season-high 18 digs, while also posting two service aces.  Junior Lauren Seale (Wilmington, DE/Wilmington Christian) notched a game-high 23 assists, while also posting 12 digs for the Falcons in the win.  Senior Amanda Dombroski (Orwigsburg, Pa/Blute Mountain HS) added a season-high 14 digs.

The Falcons, who improved to 3-1 overall, will travel to Misercordia University on Tuesday, September 15th for a 7:00 p.m. non-league matchup.
