Obtain a Voter’s Registration Form at Cedar Crest College
Allentown, Pa. (Oct. 1, 2012)—Cedar Crest College is making it easy for students and community members to register to vote by providing Pennsylvania voter registration forms on campus. All qualified applicants need to do is stop by the information desk in Tompkins College Center, pick up a form, fill it out, and drop it in the post office on the lower level of the building, or in any mailbox. Forms must be postmarked by the Oct. 9 deadline to qualify for the November, 2012 elections.
Cedar Crest’s mission includes the principles of leadership and service to the community, and voting is a responsibility that fits with these concepts. The campus held a pair of public voter registration drives in September, and the campus has special expiration stickers available for students to affix to their student identification cards to help them comply with new state voter I.D. regulations.
