Classes focus on improving swimming skills and an introduction to basic water safety.

“Our vision is to empower swimmers, at all age and ability levels, through a variety of services that aim to develop aquatic skills, ensure safety and encourage personal development and lifelong healthy fitness,” says Scott Rowlands, director of the Rodale Aquatic Center.
