CEDAR CREST COLLEGE CELEBRATES MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. DAY WITH PERFORMANCE PRESENTATION "KING'S DREAM"

 

Allentown, PA (January 14, 2008) - Cedar Crest College's International and Diversity Programs and Lutz Center for Community Service invite the public to a free performance presentation in celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.  "King's Dream" will be held on Monday, January 21st at 5:00 p.m. in the Alumnae Hall Auditorium.

"King's Dream," performed by Key Arts Productions, is an inspiring tribute to the life and teachings of the eminent civil rights leader. Songs, live narrative and powerful film footage reveal the historical roots and the social implications that led to an era of social unrest in America during the turbulent 1960s.

Key Arts Productions is a cast of dynamic performers who interact with multimedia technology to provide a creative approach to telling stories and educating spectators of all ages. Informative narrative, music and songs engage audiences and encourage all to join in the fun.

Since 1987, Key Arts Productions has created innovative interactive live multimedia presentations that transform historical events into staged productions that make learning an enjoyable experience.  This professional touring ensemble has informed and entertained audiences and families in the United States, Europe, Asia, South America, Africa, and Japan.
