CEDAR CREST COLLEGE'S CENTER FOR LIFELONG LEARNING ANNOUNCES JULY INFORMATION SESSIONS
Allentown, PA (June 23, 2006) – The Center for Lifelong Learning at Cedar Crest College invites the public to learn about available programs of study through a series of information sessions in July:
Wednesday, July 19, 2006 @ 6:00 p.m. – Criminal Justice, Forensic Psychology and Social Work:
Learn how a degree in Criminal Justice prepares students for placement in
a wide variety of professions that include Correctional Management, Probation
and Parole and Federal Law Enforcement.
The Psychology B.A. with a Forensic Psychology concentration prepares graduates to specialize in assessment, treatment and research related to the legal process or legal system.
The Social Work program at Cedar Crest College is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
Wednesday, July 19, 2006 @ 6:00 p.m. – Healthcare Management: Discover how you can become a part of one of the fastest growing fields in the country. Learn how an understanding of healthcare institutions and the healthcare systems can advance your career.
Wednesday, July 26, 2006 @ 6:00 p.m. –Nursing: The Bachelor of Science degree with a major in nursing is the preferred entry level for today’s professional nurse. The session includes information about School Nurse Certification and scholarship opportunities at Lehigh Valley and Sacred Heart hospitals.
