RODALE AQUATIC CENTER ANNOUNCES FREE OCTOBER WELLNESS LECTURE

Allentown, PA (September 24, 2007) - The Rodale Aquatic Center for Civic Health announces its next free public wellness lecture.  "Art of Living: Intro Lecture on the Science of Breath" will take place on Thursday, October 18, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. in the Aquatic Center's conference room.

Art of Living volunteer Snehal Sahani will discuss how practicing certain breathing techniques can improve health - even arthritis, depression and stress. Sahani will guide participants in three breathing techniques; one that can energize, another that can calm, and one that can release toxins that have built up inside the body.

Art of Living Foundation is a worldwide humanitarian and educational organization which works in affiliation with the United Nations to achieve its mission of promoting peace from the level of the individual.

This lecture is free and open to the public but reservations are required.  To reserve a spot, email aquatics@cedarcrest.edu or call 610-606-4670 no later than Monday, October 15th.
