Having a baby or know someone who is? RAC offers a prenatal aquatic fitness class! The water is a great way to exercise safely and comfortably. No swimming experience required. Moms in Motion class is held Wednesdays at 6:15 p.m..

Mission Statement
The Rodale Aquatic Center at Cedar Crest College is dedicated to fostering civic health and wellness by providing educational opportunities to the larger community, both alone and in cooperation with other organizations that enhance the development of mind, body and spirit through a comprehensive array of aquatic classes, integrated with academic topics focused on healthy lifestyles.
Goals and Objectives
- To provide educational aquatic opportunities for the Greater Lehigh Valley community linked to health and wellness.
- To provide a significant contribution to economic development in the Lehigh Valley and enhance the region’s overall quality of life.
- To collaborate with local and regional educational institutions and other public and private organizations to provide access to aquatic programs; to advance civic health; and to enhance health education in our region.
