Kelly M. Steinmetz serves as the Director of Residence Life and Student Conduct at Cedar Crest College. She oversees housing operations, residence education and the student conduct judicial processes. She received her B.A. in Anthropology and English from Franklin & Marshall College and her M.Ed. in Student Affairs in Higher Education Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Prior to serving as director, Kelly held positions as Residence Life Coordinator, International and Diversity Programs Coordinator and Community Service Coordinator at Cedar Crest College.

Frances (Fran) Boshell serves as the Assistant Director of Residence Life at Cedar Crest College and also serves as the Coordinator of Residence Life Diversity Programs. She handles many of the aspects of Residence Life including Resident Advisor trainings and oversees the day to day operations in Moore Hall. She received her B.A. in Political Science and Human Services at Chestnut Hill College and received a Master’s degree in Counseling in Higher Education and Student Affairs at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She has experiences in various different fields of Student Affairs ranging from working in Student Activities, Student Union Operations, Student Leadership Development and Career Planning. She is also the staff advisor for FADED (Falcons Advocate Diversity Educational Drama) and for Campus Christian Fellowship.

Ashley Gray is a graduate of Lafayette College currently pursuing a M.Ed. in Secondary Education with a Social Studies & Special Education Certification at Cedar Crest College. As a Graduate Hall Director, she supervises a staff of 5 Resident Advisors (RA), Steinbright Hall and the Office of Residence Life's Alternate RA and Safety Advisor Programs. Among other things, Ashley enjoys presenting thought provoking sessions at Residence Advisor Trainings. Ashley's interests include dance and international travel and she has a passion for student development.

Arielle (A.J.) Brent

Arielle Joy Brent (A.J.) is the Graduate Hall Director of Butz and Curtis Residence Halls. She is a graduate of Moravian College where she received her B.A. in Psychology with minors in Women’s Studies and Sociology. With two years of experience as a Resident Advisor at Moravian College, A.J. has developed a passion for working individually with RAs and residents to help them navigate the stresses of college life. A.J. is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Counselor Education in Higher Education at West Chester University. In addition to supervising RAs, A.J. serves as advisor for Out There (gay straight alliance).
Housing and Career Planning Coordinator

Lynn Pigliacampi is the Housing and Career Planning Coordinator. She is also the Head Women's Tennis Coach here at Cedar Crest. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science from Drexel University.
