Kelly M. Steinmetz is the Director of Residence Life at Cedar Crest College. Kelly is in her tenth year at the College; she started out as the RC for Butz Hall, and also was the Coordinator of Community Service Programs and International and Diversity Programs. She received a Bachelor’s degree for Anthropology and English from Franklin & Marshall College. In May, she plans to graduate with her Master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Kelly serves as advisor to Alpha Phi Omega, Honor and Judicial Board, OutThere, and Sisters Inc.

Kelly Ann Ryan is the Residence Life Coordinator for Butz and Steinbright Halls. She also serves as the Coordinator of International and Diversity Programs. Kelly Ann completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communication at Mansfield University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership and Public Administration at Centenary College of New Jersey, where she formerly worked as a Resident Director and Professional Tutor. Kelly Ann advises several student organizations on campus including, FADED, The Black Student Union, Take Back the Night and Espejo (yearbook.)

Cristina Usino is the Residence Hall Graduate Assistant for Butz Hall. Cristina is an Alumna of Cedar Crest College, graduating in August 2008 with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Cristina is currently pursuing her Psy D. in Clinical and Counseling Psychology at Chestnut Hill College. Cristina has experience in crisis management, conflict resolution and individual counseling which readily assists her in her work with students. Cristina is presently the point person for the Resident Advisors training and in-services.

Patricia Lorenzo is the Administrative Assistant to both the Director of Residence Life and the Director of Community Service. She is also the Secondary Designated School Official for International Students. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Moravian College.
