Cedar Crest College Art Exhibition Features Work of Local College Students
Cedar Crest College presents a free exhibition of the work of students from six Lehigh Valley colleges titled, "Life Choice," from Monday, Jan. 25 through Friday, Feb. 26 in the Lachaise Gallery in the Miller Family Building. Several types of art will be on display including painting, metalsmithing, sculptural forms, photography, mixed media, and much more. An artists’ reception will be held on Friday, Jan. 29, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Students whose work will be featured in the exhibition include: Cedar Crest— Sarah Binder, Gabrielle Buzgo, Erica Hawkey, Rose Marsh , Lindsey Wagner, and Jillian Webberson; Lafayette College—Imogen Cain and Scott Lyttle; Lehigh University— Jessica Bandy, Camila Drozd and Amber Magee; Moravian College—Sarabeth Brockley, Stephanie Mount, Nicole Shamy and John Strader; Muhlenberg College—Margaret Cady, Alane Gianetti and Gregston Hurdle; and Northampton Community College— Cailin Crisler, Howard Crockett, Steven Kalamar, Lizette Mejia, Michael Schnapp, Zachary Vazquez, Mike Wadas, and Crista Woychowsky.
Gallery hours for the "Life Choice" exhibition are Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Art work can also be viewed by appointment. For information call 610-606-4666, ext. 3469.
