What's Happening at Cedar Crest College
Join Professor Cressman for Fun and Enlightening Stress Reduction Program Wednesday
With final exams and the end of the school year on the horizon, now is a time when stress can increasingly become a factor in campus life.
With that in mind, join Maynard Cressman, MSW, associate professor and chair of the social sciences department at Cedar Crest—and resident stress prevention expert—for a program on relieving stress this Wednesday, April 7, at noon or 5:45 p.m. in Alcove C of Tompkins College Center. Cressman will teach participants how to develop a more relaxed way to approach everyday happenings.
The program is free and open to the campus community. Participants are encouraged to bring lunch or dinner while attending the program, and free snow cones will be provided during the noon session. Healthy U Participants receive five points for attending.
