Professional Licensing

Education

The Education Department’s online certification programs meet all Pennsylvania Department of Education requirements for teacher certification.   A student from another state will need to meet these requirements in order to teach in Pennsylvania.   Furthermore, the courses through our department may not transfer to other state’s programs certification programs.  The student needs to verify this on their own.

The online program earning a Master of Education in the Art of Teaching is a non-certificate program.  Therefore any student is eligible.
