CEDAR CEDAR CREST ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Freshman forward Leann Wallower (Havertown, PA/Haverford) was named the Cedar Crest Athlete of the Week for her outstanding performance in the week ending December 11.

Wallower posted a career-high 19 points and made six steals in the Falcons 85-47 win over Valley Forge Christian College on Friday evening. She added 12 points and six boards in a 75-53 loss to Marywood University in PAC action, while also posting a team-high 17 points and grabbed four rebounds in Cedar Crest’s 92-58 win over Davis College on Monday evening.

Wallower leads the team with 23 steals and ranks third on the team in scoring and rebounding, averaging 11.6 points and 4.8 rebounds per game.

Cedar Crest is now 4-5 (0-3 PAC) on the season. The Falcons will host Baptist Bible College on Tuesday, January 8 at 6:00 p.m. in Lees Hall.
