EASTERN UNIVERSITY HANDS CEDAR CREST SOCCER LOSS

St. David’s, PA (October 11, 2007) – Eastern University posted a 5-0 victory over Cedar Crest College in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference action on Thursday afternoon.     

Jill DeRenzio posted two goals and one assist, while teammate Ashley Hackman added two assists to lead the Eagles to their 11th win of the season. 

Freshman Amy Stumpff made 13 saves in the net for Cedar Crest.   

Eastern held a 36-0 advantage in shots and a 13-0 corner kick advantage. 

The Falcons fall to 2-11 (0-7 PAC) on the season and will host Neumann College on Homecoming this Saturday, October 13 at 2:00 p.m. in PAC action.
