FALCON VOLLEYBALL BESTS RAMBLERS IN THREE IN SEASON FINALE

Rosemont, PA (October 27, 2007) – The Cedar Crest College volleyball team closed its 2007 season with a 3-0 road victory over  Pennsylvania Athletic Conference foe Rosemont College on Saturday afternoon.

The Falcons won by scores of 30-27, 30-13, and 30-24.

Freshman Kari Lasky led the way for the Falcons with eight kills and a game-high 14 digs.  Lasky also added a team-high four service aces.  Sophomore Kelly Oakes added nine kills and nine digs, while freshman Lauren Seale had a game-high attack percentage of .667 on eight kills for 12 total attempts.  Seale also notched 24 assists and three service aces. 

Cedar Crest finishes the season with a 9-16 overall record (3-8 PAC).
