CEDAR CREST LACROSSE FALLS TO THE COLLEGE OF NOTRE DAME IN PAC PLAY

Baltimore, MD (April 22, 2008) – The Cedar Crest College lacrosse team dropped a 15-5 decision to the College of Notre Dame in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference action on Tuesday afternoon at Alumnae Field. 

Sophomore Amanda Dombroski, the Cedar Crest Athlete of the Week, led the Falcons with two goals and one assist, while sophomore Bailey Bedell added two goals.  Freshman Maureen Manning also tallied a goal, while sophomore Mackenzie Lee notched two assists on the day. 

Sophomore Devin Ursini posted 12 saves in the loss. 

The Gators were led by Lauren Terry who tallied four goals in the victory.

The Falcons fall to 2-13 (1-9 PAC) on the season, while Notre Dame improves to 9-5 (7-3 PAC). 

Cedar Crest will travel to Kean University on Thursday, April 24 for a 7:00 p.m. contest.
