MISERICORDIA TOPS CEDAR CREST LACROSSE IN PAC OPENER

Dallas, PA (March 11, 2008) – The Misericordia University lacrosse team handed Cedar Crest College a 25-3 loss in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference action on Tuesday afternoon. 

Cedar Crest sophomore goalie Devin Ursini stopped a game-high 15 shots. . 

Seniors Brianna Adam and Danielle Skinner and sophomore Jesenia Holguin each tallied a goal for the Falcons. 

The Cougars were led by Nicole DeAngelis, who posted six goals and four assists in the victory.   

The Falcons fall to 0-2 (0-1 PAC) on the season, while Misericordia improves to 1-1 (1-0 PAC). 

The Falcons will travel to Eastern University on Saturday, March 15 at 1:00 p.m. for a Pennsylvania Athletic Conference match-up.
