EASTERN POSTS WIN OVER CEDAR CREST IN PAC LACROSSE ACTION

St. David’s, PA (March 15, 2008) – The Eastern University lacrosse team posted a 18-1 victory over Cedar Crest in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference action on Saturday afternoon. 

Cedar Crest sophomore goalie Devin Ursini made nine saves, while freshman Kara Malysza stopped seven shots.   

Sophomore Kelly Oakes posted the lone goal for the Falcons.

The Eagles were led by Grace Griffith, who came off of the bench to score three goals and post four assists in the victory.   

The Falcons fall to 0-3 (0-2 PAC) on the season, while Eastern improves to 1-1 (1-0 PAC). 

The Falcons will host Wilkes University on Tuesday, March 18 at 4:00 p.m. in non-league action.
