WILKES EARNS WIN OVER CEDAR CREST LACROSSE IN NON-LEAGUE ACTION

Allentown, PA (March 18, 2008) – The Wilkes University lacrosse team posted a 21-1 victory over Cedar Crest in non-conference action on Tuesday afternoon. 

Cedar Crest sophomore goalie Devin Ursini made eight saves, while freshman Kara Malysza stopped nine shots.   

Sophomore Kelly Oakes made a pass to sophomore Brittany Symbol for the Falcons’ lone goal. 

Wilkes was led by Brittany Hoddick, who posted eight goals in the victory. 

The Falcons fall to 0-4 on the season, while Wilkes improves to 2-1.

The Falcons will host Arcadia University on Tuesday, March 25 at 4:00 p.m. in non-league action.
