ARCADIA PULLS OUT WIN OVER CEDAR CREST IN NON-LEAGUE ACTION

Allentown, PA (March 25, 2008) – The Arcadia University lacrosse team posted a 21-7 victory over Cedar Crest in non-conference action on Tuesday afternoon. 

Cedar Crest sophomore goalie Devin Ursini and freshman Kara Malysza combined to stop seven shots on goal for the Falcons.   

Senior Bri Adam and sophomores Amanda Dombroski and Bailey Bedell each led the Falcons with two goals apiece.  Sophomore Kelly Oakes added one goal and one assist and had a game-high eight draw controls on the day. 

Arcadia was led by Shannon Bustin, who posted four goals and one assist in the victory. 

The Falcons fall to 0-5 on the season, while Arcadia improves to 2-2.

The Falcons will host Marywood University on Thursday, March 27 at 4:00 p.m. in Pennsylvania Athletic Conference action.
