Head Coach:Kyle Kauffman
Ursinus College '05
Second Season

Kauffman was a defensive specialist and a three-year starter on a highly-regarded team at Ursinus College. She earned All-Centennial Conference First Team honors in both her junior and senior seasons and in the lead-up to her senior season, Inside Lacrosse magazine named Kyle to their pre-season All-American Third Team. As a senior, she anchored a defense that ranked third in the conference in goals-against average and led the Bears in caused turnovers with 23. She was chosen by the IWLCA as a First Team selection and made the ECAC South All-Star Team. She finished her career with five goals and five assists. A native of Boyertown, PA, Kyle graduated with a degree in Communication and a minor in Elementary Education. She is an Admissions Counselor at Cedar Crest.

Assistant Coach: Jen Woytach
Cedar Crest College '07
First Season

Jen Woytach, a 2007 graduate of Cedar Crest College, enters her first season as assistant coach for the Falcons. Woytach was a four-year member of the field hockey and lacrosse teams at Cedar Crest and was captain of the 2006 field hockey team and an All-PAC Sportsmanship selection for field hockey and lacrosse her senior year. She is currently the Assistant to the Athletic Director at Cedar Crest, which is part of the NCAA Division III Ethnic, Minority, and Women’s Internship Grant Program.
