Success Stories

A wide variety of education positions are open to you after earning your Cedar Crest College degree and teacher certification.

Records from the education department of Cedar Crest College verify that at least 92% of our program graduates receive certification in their major from the Pennsylvania Department of Education. After graduation, our education majors have achieved high levels of success both in graduate school and in placement in a variety of teaching positions in private, public, and charter schools.

Because of our strong reputation, local school districts contact Cedar Crest College for recommendations when they are looking to fill an existing position. Today, Cedar Crest College alumnae are teaching in every school district in the Lehigh Valley.
